Benefits of a Providence Education

E-mail Print

Providence students continue to score very well on the National Standardized Tests, which reflects directly to the success of the University-Model approach to education. It is important to understand the goal of Providence Academy is to provide a top-rated college preparatory education for average to above-average students. Classroom scores continue to rank in the top 5-20 percentile in the US. On the average Providence students rank in about the eightieth percentile when compared nationally with other students in standardized achievement and college entrance tests. A student scoring below the 55th percentile will not normally be admitted. Due to the rigorous nature of the academic program at Providence, students and parents need to be prepared to dedicate the necessary time and effort to succeed in our college-preparatory environment.

Some additional highlights at Providence Academy:

The single most influential factor in a child's educational performance is an involved parent. It is also the primary factor in the child's emotional, social, and spiritual development. An education at Providence provides parents who are looking for an opportunity to provide their a college preparatory education for their children and who are willing to make the sacrifices necessary to be beacons in every aspect of their children's lives. Providence gives families time, opportunity, and tools not only to inform their children's minds, but also to form their hearts and lives.
